At The Happy Swinger, every item we create is handmade with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering high-quality, unique lifestyle products designed to make your experience fun, sexy, and unforgettable.

Because many of our products are custom-made, hand-finished, or individually crafted, minor variations in color, shape, texture, or design may occur. These slight differences are part of what make our pieces special — no two are exactly alike!

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items due to:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of heart

• Minor cosmetic variations from product photos

• Normal wear and tear from use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

3. We’ll respond promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
